Description
Gwinnett County is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Gwinnett County Centerville Senior Center Expansion project. The scope of work includes the construction of an addition/expansion of approximately 2,270 square feet to the existing senior center located at 3075 Bethany Church Road, Snellville, GA 30039. Bidding documents can be viewed at the Gwinnett County Purchasing Division. Digital copies can be obtained from Clark Patterson & Lee (CPL) Architecture. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Gwinnett County Centerville Senior Center. Questions regarding bids must be submitted via email to Jake.Scarpone@GwinnettCounty.com no later than 3:00 PM on June 17, 2026. A five percent (5%) bid bond is required with the bid. The successful contractor will be required to provide a one hundred percent (100%) payment bond, a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond, and an insurance certificate fulfilling the requirements stated in the bid documents. Surety and insurance companies must meet specific AM Best rating criteria and be licensed to do business in Georgia.
