Description
This solicitation is for the reroofing of the Office and Break Buildings at the Central Ferry Farm, located at 639 Hastings Hill Road, Pomeroy, WA 99347. The project scope includes removing old roofing, inspecting the decking and fascia boards, installing new architectural shingles, replacing roof jacks, and creating continuous ridge ventilation. The buildings are approximately 30 years old and require replacement roofs to prevent leaks and damage from weather conditions. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision. A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the site location.
