Description
The Stanislaus Regional Housing Authority (Authority) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the removal of existing windows and the installation of new retrofit dual-pane vinyl windows at various residential sites located within Stanislaus County. The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary for the complete replacement of windows, including any associated exterior repairs and painting to match existing conditions. Contractors are responsible for obtaining all required approvals and permits, with fees paid by the Authority. All work must comply with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
