Description
The City of Florence is accepting sealed bids from qualified and licensed contractors to complete renovations at 327 N. Church Street, Florence, SC. The project includes installing new architectural shingles and ridge vent, replacing all windows, installing handrails, constructing an exterior water heater closet, replacing fascia and soffits, installing storm doors, repairing and painting trim, repairing walls, installing new kitchen sink, cabinets, and countertops, replacing the tub with a walk-in shower, upgrading the electrical panel to 200-amp service, installing GFCI outlets, painting all rooms, installing luxury vinyl tile flooring, replacing baseboards and molding, and repairing a hole in the floor and ceiling. The project must be completed within 45 consecutive calendar days from the notice to proceed. A pre-bid walk-through is mandatory on June 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the site. Bids are due July 9, 2026 at 2:00 PM.
