Description
Chesterfield County, Virginia is soliciting bids for the Shared Warehouse Facility project. This project involves the construction of a new 10,000 square foot building and the renovation of an existing 12,000 square foot warehouse. The scope of work includes site development for the new structure. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on June 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at 9800 Government Center Parkway, First Floor, Multipurpose Room, Chesterfield, VA 23832. Attendance is encouraged but not required. Bid documents, including drawings and specifications, can be obtained in electronic (PDF) format from Dewberry Architects, Inc. via email. Any changes or supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda, which bidders are responsible for obtaining by emailing or calling Dewberry Architects, Inc. Public inspection of the documents is available at several locations, including BIZPORT in Richmond and the Builders & Contractors Exchange in Norfolk.
