Description
The Roanoke Regional Airport Commission is soliciting bids for interior renovations to their administration office located at 5240 Valley Park Drive, Roanoke, VA. The project involves Level 2 alterations to the existing building, including interior renovations and selective finishes replacement throughout the building. Key aspects of the renovation include the installation of a new moveable glass wall system on the main floor and the replacement of an existing cooktop with a new range and exhaust hood in the breakroom. Demolition of existing partitions, flooring, and workstations is also part of the scope, with some workstations to be retained.
