Description
Tulare County seeks a qualified provider to deliver Individual Placement and Support (IPS) supported employment services to eligible Full-Service Partnership participants. Services include individualized employment planning, rapid job search, systematic employer outreach, job development and placement, benefits planning, job coaching, career advancement, and ongoing follow-along support. The program must follow the IPS model and applicable state and federal behavioral health requirements, coordinate with behavioral health treatment teams and community partners, and serve participants throughout the county. The contractor must provide qualified employment specialists and supervision, support a minimum of 90 participants during the first contract year, and be able to expand capacity as needed. The contractor must also participate in training and fidelity assessments, collect and report participant and program outcomes, and maintain required service documentation. The proposal must include organizational qualifications and experience, an implementation plan, a detailed budget using the provided worksheet, an audit, references, and the required solicitation forms and exhibits.
