Description
UNDP seeks National NGOs to deliver market-led institution-based vocational training and mobile, community-based agro-value-chain skills training for youth across five lots. The work includes trainee mobilization and selection, entrepreneurship and life-skills training, training materials and operational support for vocational training centers, and start-up support and mentorship for micro and small enterprises and village savings and loan associations. The provider will also deliver career counseling, job-placement support, industrial attachments, internships or apprenticeships, and operate integrated business, innovation, and employment hubs. Proposals must address the applicable lot or lots and include a technical approach, work plan, monitoring and evaluation plan, qualified personnel, and a separate financial proposal. The solicitation specifies a 12-month period after contract signing.
