The Kansas Air National Guard Recruiting program intends to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract to Air & Space Association for an advertising partnership supporting the Cyber Patriot Event during the 2026–2027 academic school year. The campaign will target highly engaged collegiate and high-school-aged recruiting demographics, including individuals ages 18–30, with particular emphasis on Kansas applicants interested in information technology. Required services include print recognition in the Air & Space Association’s annual report; logo recognition on the Cyber Patriot website, promotional materials, and National Finals; participation in a virtual industry-partner recruitment event reaching participants nationwide; and a full-page advertisement in the Cyber Patriot National Finals program. Air & Space Association holds exclusive, legally binding multimedia rights for advertising and communications associated with the event, making competition legally and logistically impracticable.
