Description
The City of Lebanon, Tennessee, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for Phase 2 of the Lebanon Sports Complex. The approximately 72-acre project is planned to include eight baseball and softball fields with batting cages, two concessions and restroom buildings, a park maintenance building, a restroom building at Phase 1, greenways and trails, playgrounds, and associated grading, utilities, and site improvements. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled, and access to the bid documents requires registration and login as an AGC East Tennessee member.
