Description
The project involves construction of an approximately 6,300-square-foot soccer pavilion with restrooms, storage, and meeting space. The structure will use a structural steel frame with CMU and metal stud wall assemblies, stone wainscot, and fiber cement siding. The scope also includes all site work and the mechanical and electrical services required for pavilion construction. Bid documents are restricted to AGC East Tennessee members who must register and log in to access them.
