Description
The City of Beloit is soliciting proposals from qualified concession operators to manage food and beverage operations at Krueger Haskell Municipal Golf Course. The scope includes clubhouse and beverage-cart service; food, snacks, soft drinks, beer, wine, and liquor; vending-machine services; catering for golf outings, leagues, tournaments, and other events; menus and pricing; inventory management; staffing; routine cleaning and maintenance; and compliance with applicable food-service, health, alcohol, licensing, and insurance requirements. The operator will use the approximately 3,000-square-foot clubhouse concession area, including the bar, grill, kitchen, storage room, and dining area, along with the City-provided beverage cart and listed equipment. The initial agreement runs from April 1 through October 31, 2027, with up to two additional one-year renewals by mutual written agreement. Proposers must submit a business and operations plan, food and beverage plan, experience and qualifications with references, alcohol service plan, staffing plan, financial capability information, and proposed improvements, community engagement, and value-added services, along with the required response form. The minimum operator fee is $1,300 per month, with seasonal or mutually agreed year-round operating structures available.
