Description
Walworth County is soliciting a vendor to supply and deliver Grade A dairy products for Lakeland Health Care Center and Lakeland School. Products must meet Wisconsin and federal requirements, including National School Lunch Program standards, applicable dairy regulations, pasteurization requirements, packaging and labeling rules, and Buy American requirements for school meals. Products must have at least 10 days of shelf life at delivery and be transported in clean, refrigerated vehicles at 33–40°F. The contractor must provide weekly deliveries, emergency delivery availability, crate delivery and pickup, stock rotation, replacement or credit for outdated or damaged products, and itemized delivery documentation. The solicitation requires the bidder to provide all specified products, identify brands and product numbers, and submit supporting documentation for any proposed equivalents. The contract is for one year, with four additional one-year renewal options by mutual consent; quantities are indefinite and no minimum purchase is guaranteed.
