Description
The City of Rockford Water Department is soliciting bids for Lead Service Line Replacement Phase 11B, Bid No. 826-W-077. Addendum 1 identifies a mandatory pre-bid meeting and states that the sign-in sheet is included as Attachment A. The addendum also provides or identifies required bid documents, including the Bid Form (00 41 13), IDOT Apprenticeship Form (BLR-12325), IDOT Local Agency Proposal Bid Bond (BLR-12230), City of Rockford Bidder's Affidavit, and IDOT Affidavit of Availability (BC-57). A copy of the addendum, or a reference to it, must be included with the bid or the bid will not be read or considered. The construction start date is not yet available; issuance of a Notice to Proceed depends on an approved Illinois Environmental Protection Agency loan agreement, with materials and notice anticipated by early spring 2027.
