Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command–Aberdeen Proving Ground intends to modify the existing single-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract W9128Z-25-D-A002, awarded to Poplicus Incorporated, doing business as AIR. The modification will increase the maximum contract ceiling by $50,000,000, raising the cumulative ceiling from $49,000,000 to $99,000,000. The five-year ordering period began August 15, 2025, and remains unchanged. The procurement is classified under NAICS 513210, Software Publishers. Future orders under the baseline IDIQ will generally not be posted separately except on an exception basis.
