The U.S. Government is seeking approximately 3,366 square feet of office and related space to replace an expiring lease in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The Government may consider alternate space if economically advantageous. Evaluation may consider the availability and suitability of alternate space, janitorial services included in the lease, and relocation-related costs such as physical moving, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and agency downtime.
