Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Quest Diagnostics Incorporated for continuing reference laboratory testing services supporting Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center. The notice states that the services are already in use and are needed to sustain continuous testing affecting patient care during the transition to a Cerner electronic health record management system.
