SECTION 000200 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS BUILDING OWNER: Community High School District 117 1625 Deep Lake Road Lake Villa, IL 60046 PROJECT TITLE: 2027 Heating Plant & Domestic Water Piping Replacement at Antioch HS Community High School District 117 is accepting sealed bids for 2027 Heating Plant & Domestic Water Piping Replacement at Antioch High School. The scope of work mainly consists of the removal and replace- ment of the school's boilers, associated pumps and hydronic accessories. In addition, the domestic water piping mains are being removed and replaced in multi- ple areas of the building. Stipulated Lump Sum Bids will be publicly opened at the Community High School District 117 at 1625 Deep Lake Road, Lake Villa, IL 60048, on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Bids received after designated time and date of bid opening shall not be considered. Community High School District 117 is soliciting stipulated lump-sum bids for the 2027 Heating Plant and Domestic Water Piping Replacement project at Antioch High School. The work primarily includes removing and replacing the school's boilers, associated pumps, and hydronic accessories, along with removing and replacing domestic water piping mains in multiple areas of the building. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 24, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. CDT at Antioch Community High School. Bids are due October 6, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. CDT and must be delivered to the district office. Bid documents are available to plan rooms through BHFX Digital Imaging.
