Description
The City of Scottsdale is seeking a licensed Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and complete construction-phase services for the Sundown Ranchos Waterline Replacement project. The work includes installing approximately 18,000 linear feet of new and upsized water main in roadway rights-of-way, abandoning existing alley water lines, and relocating private-property plumbing for 115 residences, including water meters and service lines and reconnection to the new main. The contractor must have experience with residential water main and water service replacement projects, coordinate effectively with residents, and maintain water service where possible. The stated construction estimate is approximately $14,000,000.
