Description
The City of Scottsdale is seeking a licensed Construction Manager at Risk to provide preconstruction and complete construction-phase services for the Sundown Ranchos Waterline Replacement project. The work includes installing approximately 18,000 linear feet of new and upsized water main in roadway rights-of-way and abandoning existing water lines in alleys. The project also includes relocating private-property plumbing for 115 residences, including moving water meters and service lines and reconnecting plumbing to the new water main. The contractor must have experience with residential water-main and water-service replacement projects, coordinate effectively with residents, maintain water service when possible, and support smooth construction. The stated construction estimate is approximately $14,000,000. Submittals must be uploaded in Adobe PDF format through the Bonfire system.
