Description
The project involves construction services for the Union Mission - Youngwood NCS project, located at 712 Reynolds Street in Youngwood, PA. The solicitation is managed by Guardian Construction Management Services, Inc. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 26, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
