Description
The South Hills Area Council of Governments is soliciting labor, materials, professional consulting, and/or construction services for the CD 51-7.5g Elm Street Park Bathroom Accessibility Project. The work is a fixed-fee construction project involving accessibility improvements to a park bathroom facility, with applicable building and specialized-trade construction requirements. The project is subject to federal labor standards and civil-rights requirements, including Davis-Bacon requirements, Section 3 requirements, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and related federal general conditions. Bidders must submit a bid bond of at least 10 percent and complete the required community-development-block-grant procurement paperwork. The bid must be submitted electronically through the designated procurement portal.
