Description
Yavapai County is soliciting bids for liquid and emulsified asphalt products, including AC15-5TR, CRS-2, CRS-2P, MC-250, PASS-R, PASS-CR, CSS-1H, and SS-1H products in specified concentrate and diluted forms. Pricing is requested by ton for plant pickup, delivery and pumping, and delivery and spreading, with separate cost factors for smaller loads and standby time. Products must meet the applicable Arizona Department of Transportation specifications and the detailed technical requirements in the solicitation. The contractor must provide required material certifications, laboratory testing, certified weight tickets, and delivery within 72 hours after county notice of material needs. The initial contract term is six months, with extensions available by mutual agreement. The county may make a single or multiple award and does not guarantee any minimum or maximum purchases.
