Description
Ontario County is soliciting bids for a continuing supply of asphalt pavement materials, bituminous cold patch materials, fiber-reinforced materials, asphalt pavement joint adhesive, polymer-modified binder, aramid fibers, and related products. Materials must comply with applicable New York State Department of Transportation specifications and come from approved locations. The solicitation also includes optional furnishing of paving equipment and operators, including an asphalt paver, static and vibratory rollers, skid steer with milling head, water tank, general labor, equipment mobilization, and transportation or hauling to four geographic zones within Ontario County. The initial agreement term is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with up to two additional 12-month renewal periods. Bidders must submit the completed bid forms and supporting certifications, insurance documentation, New York State Department of Labor certification, applicable product literature, and IRS Form W-9 in a physical sealed bid package.
