Description
Salt Lake City Corporation is soliciting proposals for a five-year contract covering all-inclusive operations, preventive maintenance, repairs, training, parts, materials, tools, testing equipment, permits, compliance, station monitoring, reporting, and emergency response for the City's compressed natural gas time-fill vehicle fueling system. The system includes an Ariel compressor, fueling pedestals, meters, controls, and related station equipment. The contractor must conduct weekly inspections, maintain operational logs, provide monthly reports, perform routine and emergency repairs, and respond on site to emergency calls within four hours and non-emergency calls within 24 hours. The scope also requires 24/7/365 remote monitoring, installation and maintenance of compatible monitoring hardware and software, software licensing and upgrades, secure connectivity, online access for City personnel, real-time system visibility, alarms, operating data, reports, and remote diagnosis or reset of issues. Offerors must demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience, hold CNG Fuel System Inspector and CNG Alternative Fuels License certifications, provide copies or certified documentation of those certifications, address safety and risk controls, and submit technical, cost, ethics, experience, GenAI, sustainability, and business-certification responses. A mandatory pre-proposal site inspection is required, and the completed cost proposal form must be submitted electronically with the response.
