Description
Johnson County Community College is soliciting a contractor to field-verify conditions, coordinate access and scheduling, fabricate, deliver, and install a custom reception desk for the Nerman Museum of Contemporary Art. The completed installation must be fully finished and functional and include the specified stone finishes, stainless-steel countertops and cabinet doors, wood cabinetry, steel supports, drawers, locks, lighting, electrical coordination, and related accessories. The contractor must provide shop drawings, product data, samples, a pre-fabrication mock-up, protection of existing artwork and finishes, cleanup, applicable permits and inspections, final inspection support, warranty documentation, and care and maintenance instructions. The response must follow the required outline and include the completed Bidder/Proposer Acknowledgement Sheet, company overview, relevant past performance with photographs, project approach, itemized pricing, references, insurance evidence, exceptions, conflict-of-interest disclosure, and acknowledgment of the solicitation sections and addenda. Responses must be submitted electronically through ProcureWare as a PDF of no more than 50 pages and 7 MB, using the specified filename format.
