Description
The City of Overland Park is soliciting bids for construction of the Hemlock and Commercial entrance mini-roundabout, Project ST-2952, also identified as KDOT Project No. 46 N 0755-01. The prime contractor must be on the Kansas Department of Transportation's latest qualification list for the applicable class of work. Bids must be submitted online through QuestCDN and include all required addenda acknowledgments, KDOT certifications, and bid security. Required certifications include e-bid, noncollusion and debarment history, federal lobbying limitations, DBE contract goal, contractual services involving current legislators, and tax clearance. A bid bond or qualifying cashier's check in an amount of at least five percent of the total bid is required, with an alternative Surety2000 authorization code permitted. The original bid security must be provided after bid opening within the stated deadline when a copy is submitted electronically.
