Description
The Town of Avon, acting through its Board of Selectmen, is seeking qualifications from a designer to provide on-call services for municipal construction and capital improvement projects. Anticipated assignments include building renovations, roof renovations, HVAC upgrades, interior renovations, and facade repairs. The Town anticipates an aggregate construction program of approximately $20,000,000 during the contract term, with each designer task negotiated independently. The complete RFQ packet is available from the Owner's Project Manager. Sealed proposals are required by the stated deadline, and late proposals will be rejected.
