The West Contra Costa Unified School District is soliciting a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for exterior painting at Serra Adult School. The work includes removing and preparing failed or peeling existing paint, patching damaged surfaces, and applying one coat of primer and two coats of finish paint to designated exterior surfaces, including wood siding; masonry, stucco, concrete, and CMU walls; ramps; roof fascia; gutters; downspouts; piping; conduits; windows; doors; and frames. Existing paint is to be assumed to contain lead. Attendance at one mandatory pre-bid site visit is required for bid eligibility, and participants must sign in. The solicitation identifies the bid date as October 5, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
