The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service requires minor wall repairs, surface preparation, priming, and painting for one townhome apartment at a duplex residence. Work includes repairing the shower surround, a staircase hole, cracks, wall damage, and nail holes; removing nails and glue; sanding surfaces; applying at least one coat of primer and two coats of first-quality water-based paint to all walls and ceilings; and obtaining refuge-manager approval of a neutral color before work begins. The contractor must provide all labor, paint, primer, repair materials, tools, ladders, scaffolding, and protective materials; protect floors, furniture, carpets, fixtures, doors, windows, and trim; remove and properly dispose of old materials and debris; reinstall outlet and switch covers; clean the residence after completion; comply with applicable OSHA and EM 385-1-1 requirements; submit material information for government approval before ordering or using materials; coordinate scheduling with the Refuge Manager; and provide at least five business days' notice before final inspection. The period of performance is stated as September 25, 2026, through December 31, 2026.
