Description
The City of Pharr is soliciting electronic sealed bids for the construction of a new 9,600-square-foot storage facility for impounded vehicles. The project includes exterior flat work and the procurement of water line materials. Bids must be submitted through the City's e-bidding portal by Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. (CST). Original, hard copy, emailed, or late submissions will not be accepted. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (CST) via Microsoft Teams and in person at Pharr City Hall.
