The bids will be publicly received with representatives of the project team. Bid documents are available for review or download through INLINE's plan room https://www.inlinecc. com/HFD#74 or the DJC Planroom located at 921 SW Washington St., Suite 120, Portland, OR 97205. All bidders are advised to closely review all Division 0 bid documents which include the Advertisement For Bids, Instructions to Bidders, Bid Packages / Forms, Insurance Requirements, INLINE Standard Subcontract and the Schedule and Logistics Plan. The work of this Project is anticipated to start in July 2026, with substantial completion in June 2027. The project includes the construction of a new 25,000 SF fire station and associated site work. This solicitation is for public works project and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (Prevailing Rate of Wage). All bids shall comply with the requirements of Oregon Revised Statutes. Bidders are requested to direct questions to the CM/GC PM, Bill Judge, bill@inline-cc.com and should not contact the owner or architect directly. All bidders are advised the INLINE Construction or it's subsidiary, will potentially submit bids for the following bid packages in Bid Package #2 (BP#2): Rough Carpentry, Structural Steel, Doors / Frames / Hardware install, Toilet, Bath and Laundry Accessories install and Misc. Specialties install. As such, INLINE Construction will submit their sealed bids at least 24 hours prior to the bid closing for BP #2 to Hoodland Fire District representatives. Hoodland Fire District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive formalities, and to postpone the award of the contract for 60 days.
