Description
The State of Georgia, on behalf of Catoosa County, is soliciting bids for the construction of a jail expansion project. The project involves the construction of a new work-release dormitory facility, which will be commercially rated and built to meet the design intent of a work-release dormitory facility. The scope of work includes selective demolition, site preparation, building construction, plumbing, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems, electrical work, special equipment, furnishings, and site improvements. Bidders are required to adhere to all specifications and drawings provided and must be licensed contractors in the state of Georgia.
