Description
Killeen Independent School District is requesting proposals from multiple vendors to provide office and classroom supplies, including paper and printing supplies; writing and marking instruments; filing, storage, and organizational products; desk and workspace accessories; mailing, shipping, and packaging supplies; presentation, meeting, and training materials; and educational supplies. Vendors must provide a numeric percentage discount for the line item; a response of “0” is required when an item is not applicable or no discount is offered. Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis, with no guaranteed quantity, and the District may request quotes from awarded vendors and make multiple awards. The solicitation requires completion of electronic bid attributes and submission of a current-year W-9. A Conflict of Interest Questionnaire is required only if a conflict exists. Vendors may submit a full price list and, upon request, must furnish samples at no cost. The agreement is effective on or around October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with up to four additional one-year renewals. Manual submissions, if electronic access is unavailable, require one paper copy and one digital USB copy in a sealed, clearly labeled envelope; email and fax submissions are not accepted.
