Description
The Federal Aviation Administration is soliciting a single-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract to supply more than 750 toner and printer consumable items, including products from Brother, Canon, Dell, Epson, HP, Lexmark, Okidata, and Xerox. The five-year contract consists of one base year and four one-year ordering periods and will support deliveries to CONUS and OCONUS locations. The contractor must provide order processing, a web portal with order tracking, customer support, financial reporting, delivery services, and monthly and quarterly contract-management activities. The proposal will be evaluated using a Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable approach. Offerors must submit business, technical, and price volumes addressing program management, order processing, financial and contract management, product procurement and delivery, past experience, and past performance. The amendment extends the proposal deadline to October 6, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time, and requires offerors to acknowledge the amendment in Volume I.
