Capital District Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation is soliciting bids for assorted office supplies, including paper products, folders, writing instruments, batteries, toner, labels, desk accessories, cleaning products, and related items listed in Exhibit I. Bidders must provide manufacturer information and pricing for the listed items, along with percentage discounts for other vendor catalog and wholesale catalog items. The awarded vendor must provide inside delivery to the listed distribution locations, supply quantities ordered by individual locations, include packing slips, maintain stock availability, support internet ordering and per-order billing, provide next-day delivery of stocked items, and be capable of bulk warehouse deliveries. Prices must include shipping and remain firm during the contract term and any extensions. Equivalent products may be proposed if deviations are clearly identified. The submission must include references, exceptions to specifications, a signed non-collusive bidding certification, the General Conditions Specification Form, and the completed Exhibit I pricing sheet.
