Description
SUNY Potsdam is soliciting proposals for the supply, installation, and training of Tarkett EasyField Turf or an approved equivalent for the Maxcy Hall Fieldhouse. The awarded vendor will be responsible for shipping the materials, performing the installation, and providing training to campus personnel as detailed in the Invitation for Bid (IFB). This procurement is subject to New York State's Procurement Lobbying Act. All permissible contact must be made with the designated contact person, Amanda Hargrave, Assistant Director of Procurement. The restricted period for this procurement is from May 28, 2026, until final contract approval by the Office of the State Comptroller. Vendors must comply with all requirements, including submitting documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law 139, NYS Tax Law Section 5-a, and valid NYS Workman's Compensation and Disability Forms. The solicitation includes specific goals for Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) at 16.00% and Women Business Enterprise (WBE) at 14.00%. Pricing must remain firm and itemized on Attachment A: Pricing Page. Failure to submit pricing for every item or provide legible/complete forms may result in bid disqualification.
