Description
The San Bernardino City Unified School District is soliciting bids for a turnkey dance floor installation at Del Vallejo Leadership & STEAM Academy. The project includes demolition, floor preparation, moisture mitigation, substrate leveling, installation of a sprung dance subfloor system, and a professional vinyl dance floor surface, along with ADA-compliant transitions and final cleanup. This is a CUPCCAA bid, subject to prevailing wage requirements. Only contractors currently listed on the District's Informal CUPCCAA list are eligible to bid. The scope of work involves a modular interlocking sprung subfloor system and a heavy-duty PVC vinyl dance flooring surface, with a minimum one-year warranty on labor and installation, and a minimum five-year manufacturer's warranty on materials.
