Description

Swartz Creek Community Schools is soliciting firm prime contractor bids for renovations at Dieck, Syring, Elms Road, and Gaines elementary schools. The scope includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and other services required to complete the renovations in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by French Associates. Bids must be submitted on construction-manager-furnished forms and include the Familial Disclosure Statement, Affidavit of Compliance to the Iran Economic Sanctions Act, notarized Affidavit of Compliance-Criminal Background Check, and Prevailing Wage (LEO) registration.
