Description
The Michigan Department of Transportation is soliciting a one-year contract with two one-year renewal options for automatic and on-call winter maintenance services at the Davison Transportation Service Center, Clio Park & Ride, and Old Vienna Road. Services include snow plowing, snow blowing or shoveling, clearing parking lots, driving areas, entrances, sidewalks, and building entrances, and furnishing and applying approved deicer products. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and deicer products; maintain 24/7 availability for the Clio locations; meet specified response and completion times; provide backup equipment; attend seasonal meetings; and complete the required Confidential Treatment Form, Vendor Questions Worksheet, Schedule A response, Schedule B pricing, and Schedule C equipment list. Subcontractors are not permitted. Award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder receiving passing evaluations and offering the lowest price.
