Description
The Texas Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to establish a services contract providing disaster relief support for TxDOT personnel during disaster recovery situations. The scope may include establishing base camps, providing on-site catering or meal delivery, supplying sleeping quarters, furnishing portable restroom trailers, and providing other necessary disaster-response services. The response must include pricing and multiple required schedules and plans, including execution of proposal, Texas Family Code, vendor qualifications and references, personnel qualifications and experience, demonstration of capability, staffing, quality assurance, business continuity and disaster recovery, assumptions, exceptions, financial standing, and respondent references. The solicitation also identifies an optional certificate of insurance and optional addenda submission. Responses must be submitted through the online procurement portal, and vendors must monitor the posting for addenda and other changes.
