Description
The City of Cotati is soliciting statements of qualifications from engineering consultant firms for a pre-qualified list supporting future City projects over approximately one to two years. Potential services include planning and environmental analysis; civil and infrastructure design; working drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and contract documents; construction management and inspection; hydraulic modeling; regulatory compliance; traffic engineering; surveying; landscape design; grant proposal assistance; and ADA, bicycle, pedestrian, roadway, water, sewer, stormwater, parks, and building improvement projects. The submittal is a statement of qualifications rather than a detailed cost proposal. It must address the firm's profile, qualifications and relevant experience, project understanding and approach, staffing plan, work plan and schedule, and at least three recent relevant references for key team members. The main statement of qualifications is limited to 25 equivalent single-sided pages, excluding resumes, the transmittal letter, covers, table of contents, and divider pages; resumes are limited to two pages each and appendices to 50 pages. Specific project fees will be negotiated if the firm is selected for a project. The City may maintain the consultant list for one to two years and may select one or more firms.
