Description
The Nez Perce Tribe's Department of Fisheries Resource Management is soliciting a general contractor to remove and dispose of damaged sections of an open-style 42-by-12-by-14-foot metal pole building at the Nez Perce Tribal Hatchery, then repair the roof and walls using color-matched sheet metal. The contractor must provide or subcontract the required labor, materials, site preparation, and removal work; submit a design showing the building walls and roof; clean the work areas; and provide a one-year guarantee for parts and labor. The project is subject to Nez Perce Tribal Employment Rights Office requirements, including a 3.5% TERO fee, approved compliance plans for the general contractor and subcontractors, and attendance at a preconstruction meeting. Proof of insurance is required before work begins. The stated contract performance period is November 1 through December 31, 2026. Written bids are due by 4:30 p.m. on October 2, 2026, by mail or email.
