Description
Howell Public Schools is soliciting firm prime contractor bids for the Sitework & Utilities scope of its new Howell Community Center. The bid package includes labor, materials, equipment, and related services covering concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, metal panels, roofing, glazing, finishes, athletic equipment, casework, grandstand seating, synthetic turf, asphalt, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, structured cabling, fencing, landscaping, and related construction work. Bids may be submitted electronically through Precon Suite or as hard-copy sealed bids. The solicitation requires proposal forms, sworn and notarized familial-relationship and Iran Economic Sanctions Act compliance statements, and an Equal Opportunity Statement. Bids over $31,321 require a 5% bid guaranty; successful bidders with proposals of $50,000 or more must furnish 100% performance and payment bonds.
