Description
The University of Michigan is seeking a quotation for a one-time purchase of custom vacuum equipment for the ZEUS Target Area 2 upgrade. The requested equipment includes seven ISO400-F welded bellows, Target Area 2 beamlines, a deformable mirror vacuum chamber, a double plasma mirror chamber, and an interaction chamber. Suppliers must price each product line as a single line item based on the provided specifications and drawings. Required delivery dates range from October 1, 2027, through January 10, 2028. The response must include itemized pricing, a completed and signed RFQ Signature Page, a supplier quotation, warranty documentation, applicable product certifications, shipping information, and responses to the event questions. The University also requests available OEM maintenance agreements and extended warranty pricing. Site acceptance testing will verify that the vacuum equipment meets the required performance specifications.
