Description
The University of Michigan is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive healthcare audiovisual solution supporting an 87-bed renovation within University Hospital. The scope includes furnishing and installing patient televisions, public and employee information displays, clinical displays, digital signage, pillow speakers, control infrastructure, an LG Pro:Centric server with feature licensing, allocated project spares, and associated ceiling, articulating, and wall mounts. The proposal may also include separate work involving 44 televisions for a Bone Marrow Transplant bedside-TV pilot. The contractor must provide commissioning support, resolve punch-list items through final acceptance, and supply equipment inventory information including serial numbers, wired and wireless MAC addresses, manufacturers, and models. Ongoing support includes specified five-year LG service plans. Responses must address the supplier's qualifications, relevant higher-education and healthcare experience, proposed solution and methodology, staffing and resumes, service capabilities, account management, service delivery, pricing, shipping and returns, and value-added services. A completed cost proposal spreadsheet and cost proposal narrative are also required.
