Description
Ann Arbor Public Schools is soliciting bids for district-wide facade improvements, including masonry restoration and facade repairs throughout the district. Bids must be submitted online through BuildingConnected by the stated deadline. Each bid must include either a bid bond from an acceptable Treasury-listed surety company or a cashier’s check payable to Ann Arbor Public Schools, in an amount of at least 5% of the bid. Bidders must also submit a sworn and notarized familial-relationship disclosure statement. The district may award based on best value and reserves the right to reject bids or waive informalities.
