Description
Healthcare Materials Management Services, on behalf of St. Joseph's Health Care London, including the Hand and Upper Limb Centre and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery programs, is seeking one or more preferred proponents to supply, maintain, and service battery-powered, pneumatic, and electrically powered surgical power tool systems, associated accessories, and consumables. The procurement consists of two independently evaluated lots: Lot A for Hand and Upper Limb Centre surgical power tool products and Lot B for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery surgical power tool products. Proponents may bid on either or both lots, with a potential single award for each lot. Approved funding covers 18 battery-powered surgical power tool sets and multiple pneumatic-powered sets; subject to additional funding, three large and two small sets may be purchased before the end of fiscal 2027. Proponents must provide purchase and lease pricing, include all equipment and lifecycle costs for total-cost-of-ownership evaluation, and identify available trade-in options for the existing fleet.
