Description
The Charter Township of Shelby is seeking a contractor for a welcome-signage project involving removal of eight existing monument signs and two 12-by-18-inch post-and-panel signs, installation of eight new monument campus welcome signs and ten 12-by-18-inch post-and-panel welcome signs, and landscape restoration including topsoil and fine grading. The work includes furnishing labor, materials, tools, equipment, utilities, transportation, permitting, signage fabrication and installation, concrete footings, electrical components for illuminated signage where applicable, engineered shop drawings, field verification, and compliance with applicable codes. The proposal must include lump-sum and unit pricing, a progress schedule, three project references, proof of required insurance, and the completed proposal documents. The project is to begin within 10 calendar days after notice to proceed and reach substantial completion by June 30, 2027. The solicitation requires three hard copies and one digital copy on a USB device, delivered in a sealed envelope.
