Description
The City of Kelowna is seeking a qualified firm to provide real estate brokerage services on an as-needed basis. The scope includes residential real estate acquisitions and dispositions, estimated at two to three properties per year with an average value of $800,000 per transaction; commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions with an estimated annual transaction volume of $3 million to $5 million; and commercial lease transactions involving approximately 3,000 to 5,000 square feet annually. The opportunity is a Request for Proposal. Submissions must be submitted either through BC Bid by pre-authorized electronic bidders or through the Euna Procurement opportunity portal. The lowest-priced quotation that satisfies the mandatory criteria, terms and conditions, and specifications will be awarded the contract.
